There are some movies that are just
very different in terms of the story the try to depict. And whenever
you try to depict something in an unusual or different manner, you
tend to compromise a little on the simplicity and the meaning of a
movie. The focus is more on the execution rather than the essence of
the subject. But that's not the case with Stanley Ka Dabba.
Stanley ka Dabba is a gem of a movie.
The movie tells you a simple story, in a very different manner. All
through the movie you have a smile on your face as you watch the
innocent depictions of childhood but the movie ends up striking an
emotional chord with your heart. Leaving you with some cold air
clogged in your throat. Stanley ka Dabba ends up summing up life,in my opinion, in the most innocent manner.
Please don't miss this one. I'm so glad
I watched it. Yep.
